Job summary
Amazon in the Community (AITC) leverages Amazon’s unique skills, assets, and scale to build innovative products and programs that make a positive impact in the communities where we live and work. One way we do so is by harnessing Amazon employees’ spirit of innovation, grit, and heart to strengthen local communities. AITC is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive ongoing development and adoption of tools to inspire, encourage, and enable employee community engagement.
This role requires a passionate, self-motivated and organized product manager to help make it easier for employees and Amazon teams to engage with the community. You will work closely with external vendors and internal tech teams to build, simplify, and enhance our tools. At the same time, you will also build processes to get ongoing feedback from your customers. You will be a thought leader in the volunteer and donation space and be responsible for influencing how Amazon teams implement and adopt the tools you own. A successful candidate will have strong product management experience, work well with partner teams and technology vendors, be data-driven, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
This position supports Amazon employees globally and is based in Seattle, WA.

A day in the life
You will be part of a small, diverse global team of product and program managers responsible for driving Amazon’s employee community engagement (volunteer & donation) strategies, programs, and tools. Your primary customers will be employees and Amazon teams that trying to make a positive impact on the community. You will collaborate with internal tech teams and third-party vendor products to innovate and simplify how Amazonians can make a difference. As part of a small, nimble team, everyone wears multiple hats to create impact.
