Responsibilities
The Senior Scrum Master leads teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 15-minute stand-up meetings. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
In this role you will have an opportunity to work with Data Engineering and Product Management teams in delivering innovative solutions for compliant test data utilizing SAFe Agile methodologies.
Opportunity to work on Cloud related Data projects and complete remote work opportunity.
Experience leading teams in SAFe Agile methodology.
Experience in Data Security, Masking, Synthetic Data generation related projects along with Project Manager experience will be a plus.
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives
Work with the Product Management team to develop release plans and ensure product backlogs are well-groomed, prioritized and visible to all stakeholders
Motivate teams to perform and ensure team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)
Identify, address, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and team impediments
Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with the SDLC
Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or good familiarity with the Agile methodologies
Experience in working in multi-team environment
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Prior insurance operations background
Technical documentation abilities
Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology
Working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools
Scrum Master certification
SAFe Agile Certification
Previous experience planning and managing large projects
Prior experience in the health solutions industry
Working experience with IT teams
