Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in accounting managing stakeholders
- Experience in SOX and GAAP compliance
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle)
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale construction programs
- Experience with vendor invoicing and onboarding
- Experience with databases
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and verbal/written communication skills
About the job
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounting, SAP audit, and compliance for data center global construction projects.
You will support and implement strategies for managing portfolio cash flow data and reporting, ensuring compliance with all corporate governance including SOX requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify SAP issues and efficiently determine the appropriate solution.
- Liaise with Data Center, Finance, Accounting, and Tax Management teams and vendors globally to ensure effective standardization, implementation, and adherence to best practices of financial reporting and compliance, accurate cash flow reporting, and efficient/productive cost analysis and reviews of our portfolio.
- Compare business growth and plans at the end of the month to identify variances and assess the program’s financial health.
- Manage cash flow, monitor spending, and identify potential cost risks to budgets.
- Document and manage invoices and vendor pay application compliance review and processing.
