The Amazon Kids+ Content team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Content Analyst who loves to innovate and create world-class customer experiences.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
This role will require excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and rigor in designing solutions and processes, data-driven analyses and insights, excellent business judgment, strong interpersonal skills to influence broad stakeholder groups, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for building excellent products and customer experiences.

About the team
The Kids+ content team is responsible for making and acquiring content for the Kids+ subscription service based on characters, worlds, and trends that kids want. We deepen kids’ love of their favorite characters through multiple interconnected entertainment experiences that come together in Kids+, uniquely letting kids play what they watch and read about in our walled garden with a single login.
Kids+ is a content service available on Amazon (Kindle Tablets/Readers, Echo, and Fire TV) and non-Amazon (iOS/Android) devices that couples robust parental controls with a curated digital subscription service that includes over 20k titles across shows, books, and apps.
