About the Role:
Business Manager, reporting to General Manager of Customer Advocacy
The role of Business Manager for Customer Advocacy will support the financial, communications, and operational functions of the org. In this role, you will partner with the Customer Advocacy leadership team to provide clarity, rigor, and organization to the budget and financial aspects of the business. In addition, the business manager supports strategic planning and activities, provides analysis to inform and accelerate business decisions, and assists with executive-level and organization-wide communications.
As a business manager, you will support the rhythm of the business, be responsible for business planning activities, and drive the execution against those plans. You will help the leadership team be effective and efficient in operating a complex and diverse organization.
Successful candidates will have a proven capability for program management, organizational skills, business operations, executive communications, and an ability to execute in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
Qualifications
Location/Travel: Open to remote work. Leader is based in Silicon Valley. You can expect limited global travel, 0 – 25%, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions.

In the State of Colorado, the salary range for this role is from $113,900 to $171,500
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
