Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in Partner Management or Business Development.
- Experience with SaaS, including experience delivering productivity, collaboration or identity solutions to customers.
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies and technical integration frameworks (APIs, SDKs, and etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including c-level executives, technical and sales teams.
- Ability to collaborate, manage and grow cross-functional relationships, using strong negotiation skills and delivering on joint objectives and key results internally and externally
- Strong sense of personal accountability; ability to problem solve and execute with confidence in ambiguous situations, creating an inclusive and diverse environment.
- Ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels and to launch new products in the marketplace.
- Ability to think innovatively and problem solve systematically.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

The Global Partnerships team develops and supports strategic enterprise partnerships and the partner ecosystem across Google Cloud and Workspace. Through these technical and business partnerships, we seek to build joint success, customer multipliers and a thriving ecosystem of partners aimed at delighting customers.
As the Workspace ISV Partnerships Director, you will recruit new and support existing strategic partnerships of a thriving ecosystem of ISVs, developing solutions that are integrated with Google Workspace and deliver new experiences to our mutual customers. You will engage with our partners’ C-level executives and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across product management, engineering, marketing and all customer-facing organizations to foster tighter business relationships between strategic ISV Partners and Google.

Responsibilities
- Build the strategic ISV partner recruitment plan by developing and managing new market facing partnerships for Google Workspace, with accountability across the entire partnership lifecycle.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Google Workspace Product and GTM strategy to effectively communicate the “why, how and what” of a partnership narrative.
- Understand and communicate the “better together” value proposition of building Google Workspace integrations and deploying solutions on GCP. Collaborate with Google Workspace sellers to secure strategic wins.
- Manage a cross-functional team spanning sales, marketing, product, legal, and procurement. Be the face of a partnership to executive leadership.
- Drive deal making in conjunction with legal and other internal stakeholders, and own post deal execution, transitioning good ideas into successful relationships for Google and for our partners
