Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in program management within the risk space, including risk management, risk assessment, risk reporting, audit, compliance, and/or incident management

Experience with stakeholder management and working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications:
Certifications in Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other related international/information privacy/security certifications

Experience working at a technology and/or engineering company

Knowledge of scripting languages

Ability to program manage risk reduction efforts across the business

Ability to organize data and apply business context to enhance our processes or operations

The gTech Business and Outsourcing Strategy and Services (gBoss) team identifies and reduces the risks to business units to keep Google thriving. As a Risk Solutions Consultant, you will be working closely with our partners, and provide Google-caliber risk services across the gTech organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute risk/compliance assessments to identify risks to the business.

Document workflow processes, risks, issues, controls, and control gaps.

Assist stakeholders in understanding the requirements to remediate identified risks, and collaborate to identify controls and process improvements for a successful remediation.

Work cross-functionally, to determine compliance and policy requirements and understand their impact on organizational workflows.

Collaborate with the Risk and Privacy team, provide visibility of identified risks and align on risk treatment strategies.
