Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Management Consulting, Program Management, Product Management or equivalent experience in an organization.
3 years of experience in Google Cloud technologies in Sales, GTM, and/or Product Management.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree in a management, technical, or an engineering field.
Experience with leadership in change management.
Experience of cross-functional stakeholder management and leadership through influence with the ability to present to executives with clear communication.
Ability to synthesize disparate and conflicting data into strategic narratives and recommend actionable insights with the ability to distinguish between details and higher level implications of critical business issues.
Ability to lead complex operational and strategic cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Project management, problem solving, and analysis skills, with excellent business acumen.

Google Cloud’s Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy organization ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides metrics-driven business critical insights, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. This team stays focused on aligning the highest-level Google Cloud priorities with day-to-day operations, and helps evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In the role of Integrated GTM Strategy Lead for Google Cloud, you will be a critical thought leader and partner, helping define strategy and execution for large, cross-functional GTM initiatives. You will also begin working with operational teams to put that strategy into action across our geographies. You will leverage your strengths across the spectrum of leading large-scale transformations from upfront strategic thinking, data analysis, and executive communication to following through on multiple work streams and ensuring coordination.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution for large, cross-functional GTM initiatives related to Sales and GTM motions, pricing, market, and commercial operations.
Drive the business program and business play design, content creation, and ensure effective execution and tracking.
Collaborate with Field and Partner Enablement and training teams to ensure the field can articulate Google Cloud’s commercial and technical differentiation.
Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Google Cloud Sales Leadership, providing key Sales and GTM insights and recommendations as part of strategic decision making and planning efforts.
