Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience leading and managing a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing technical teams and programs.
- Experience in executive-level communication.
- Understanding of large scale distributed systems and technical judgment.
- Ability to engage with senior executives.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and insight for advocacy initiatives related to helping grow the developer and technical practitioner community around Google Cloud Platform Infrastructure and ensuring their success.
- Build, develop, and amplify the team and work with developer relations managers and engineers and keep them engaged and productive.
- Manage stakeholders across all functions within Google Cloud Infrastructure, Databases, and GKE/Anthos teams, and educate developers on best practices of effective integration with Google Cloud Infrastructure, Databases, and GKE/Anthos products as part of their workloads and use cases.
- Advocate for developers and other technical practitioners internally, and influence Google Cloud developer product strategy by working with Product Management, Engineering, Support, Public Relation, Marketing, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams.
- Partner with external developers to ensure successful implementation of products.
