Job summary
The Director, Global Store oversees a business and technical team responsible for accelerating growth by expanding selection and improving the GS customer experience for cross border 3P. This leader owns the long term vision as well as strategy development and execution for a program that complements the local flywheel in emerging countries. This role is integral in driving business growth, efficiently and sustainably though a programmatic approach across 50+ source-destination country lanes.
This leader will work across multiple stakeholder teams, including Global Store and International Retail business and technical leadership and source and destination country management, driving alignment on a shared roadmap and set of goals.
This role is critical in growing and scaling Amazon’s business globally.

Masters Degree Preferred
Experience leading large teams in a multinational/ multi-cultural setting.
