Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in online advertising.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience using the Google Marketing Platform product suite (e.g., Campaign Manager, Bid Manager, Search, and Rich Media), YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other online advertising systems.
Experience in web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP, and SQL).
Experience working collaboratively and proactively in a diverse team environment.
Familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Passion for improving on and delivering excellent customer service.

gTech Global Customer Care (gGCC) is a solution-generating effort that helps our sales teams and advertisers. These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services and improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a cross-functional and global team, it’s our job to help keep the lights on and the ads fresh.
As a Measurement and Attribution Product Specialist, you will act as a means of specialist support for the Sales teams and our customers. You will develop product knowledge focused on resolving troubleshooting tasks so that the Sales teams can concentrate their efforts on customer-specific activities. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide two-way communication on customer issues and questions.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $89,000 – $95,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Responsibilities
Prioritize and deliver effective customer service by troubleshooting and resolving issues from Google’s advertising customers, agencies, partners, and internal Sales teams.
Engage with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to identify and resolve product bugs/issues.
Drive product and process improvements through operational and data analysis.
Identify opportunities and deliver solutions to scale or improve Google’s support operations.
