The M365 Core Experiences Business Manager will collaborate across our immediate team as well as our partner organizations to ensure that business operations targets are met. These targets will be achieved through consistent management of core business operations processes, as well as by continuously improving those processes.

Responsibilities
Assist the Chief of Staff with rhythm of business (ROB), business operations, event planning, team communications and other special projects as needed.
Own and drive a program calendar with multiple overlapping initiatives and stakeholders, including a large number of senior executives across Microsoft. Partner closely with the administrative community to drive consistency and productivity into an overall RoB.
Collaborate with leaders regarding resource management planning. Use understanding of the organization’s strategy and deliverables to help design budget and headcount strategy.
Create and/or manage new and existing business processes and tools to continuously improve the information available to the Chief of Staff and leadership team, with a goal of driving efficiencies within the business.
Own and drive budget and headcount tracking processes that optimize resource utilization against a plan.
Streamline operational processes across the business, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and effective resource management.
Create and manage on-going review cadence for key team metrics: budget vs forecast in projects, discretionary and non-discretionary targets.
Create, drive and support people projects and initiatives for continuous improvement of organizational health.
Support cross-org projects and initiatives to meet the changing business environment.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in business management, finance, or product/program management with track record of increasing scope of roles and responsibilities.
Proficiency with SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, analytics tools (PowerBI, etc.) and communication technologies to facilitate planning, collaboration, and project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of finance, program management, business management, consulting, or equivalent experience
2+ years’ experience working on a geographically dispersed, global team
2+ years’ experience in high tech industry
