Oracle Hiring for Learning Consultant I at Kansas City, MO Full Time

Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.

Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit & incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Two years technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience. Knowledge of XML, Java, and J2EE technologies. Experience with Oracle18c or higher Database administration. Knowledge of Oracle18c or higher Application server.

• Provide member care and education through in-person or virtual encounters focused on specific conditions, nutrition or fitness needs and/or overall wellness or lifestyle goals
• Document interactions with members and place appropriate orders and charges
• Coordinate with care team to develop care plans for members
• Refer members to resources such as primary care physicians, nutrition or exercise services and health plan resources
• Manage and monitor a panel of members for compliance and engagement in programs and care plans
• Identify and action continuous improvement in processes, procedures, outcomes, and clinical relevance
• Create content for and execute wellness program events, campaigns, workshops, webinars and challenges
• Collaborate extensively with internal and external clients and partners to facilitate innovative wellness programming
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
