This allows us to focus on our clients individually, customize our guidelines on a case-by-case basis and build lasting relationships with the people we help. Our retail loan officers are dedicated to improving the lives of their direct clients and as a Mortgage Specialist, you will be the first FNBA contact for those clients. Patience, empathy, enthusiasm and exceptional bilingual communication skills are an absolute must. In this role, you are the front line for all new mortgage inquiries received through multiple channels such as phone, email and request forms. You will be responsible for uncovering client needs, building rapport and gathering important, sensitive information to determine if a client qualifies for our products. A successful Bilingual Mortgage Specialist will have an optimistic outlook, enthusiastic personality, positive attitude and thrive on being part of dynamic team that helps individuals with home ownership.
