People Data Privacy Specialist Responsibilities:
Triage inbound employee, candidate and contingent worker data subject rights requests and related inquiries, identify needs and scope of request, process necessary transactions in Workday, Salesforce and other similar systems, and escalate issues or re-assign inquiries, as required
Develop and drive opportunities for continuous improvement to ensure program maturity
Provide support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around relevant processes, policy, and issues
Collaborate with peers as well as with cross-functional internal and external points of contact, including legal partners, to ensure regulatory compliance and to mitigate risk
Execute the delivery of transactions with consistency and accuracy
Maintain a commitment to our service level agreements (SLAs) around responsiveness and customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for each case and process
Complete regular data quality reviews and audits
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of privacy experience and risk/compliance management concepts in a global context
Experience in maturity privacy related programs
Experience managing confidential data
Experience spotting risks and escalating as appropriate
Experience working independently and collaboratively with a globally dispersed team
Experience managing and organizing multiple large document files with varying deadlines
Experience working with MS Office applications and HRIS Systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Shared services or paralegal experience
Customer service experience
Human Resources and/or HR Compliance experience
Experience working in a global, large-scale, complex, fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
Experience assessing information for risk mitigation opportunity
