Develop and execute internal communication initiatives and events for the Messaging Group in partnership with teams across the Messenger organization.
Provide proactive and reactive messaging that supports key Messaging Group initiatives and program rollouts.
Consult with Messaging Group leadership on their communication and change management strategies.
Write and develop messaging around various topics, including Messaging Group strategy, priorities, product launches and announcements.
Identify opportunities to share Messaging Group milestones with the broader company audience.
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years professional experience working in internal communications, corporate communications, and/or executive communications.
Experience counseling and influencing executives.
Experience producing content for internal audiences at varying levels across an organization.
Experience writing and turning complex information into relevant, engaging, timely and valuable content.
Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and to work autonomously including managing remote and in-person events.
Experience communicating to an employee population of technologists and engineers.
Experience leading internal communications campaigns and programming for a hybrid (in-person and remote) audience.
