As a Merchant Enablement Manager, you will create a thriving and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem by helping quality merchants succeed with Google and grow their business online, creating the best place for consumers to start their commerce journeys.
In this role, you will lead merchant success to understand the gaps and opportunities in the current platform, understand merchant needs/feedback, and inform the product roadmap and priorities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify/support product features that should be piloted with relevant merchants and determine readiness for launch and adjustments required before scaling.
You will also develop ongoing feedback loops that are both quantitative and qualitative that help understand the merchants’ perspective at scale on an ongoing basis, as well as identify opportunities.

Responsibilities
Enable and shape the product roadmap and market-fit by working with cross-functional partners through performance data and merchant feedback.
Partner with Product, Business Development, Analytics, and Engineering to design and drive strategic launches to help merchants grow.
Support product pilots, lead the selection of merchants to gather relevant feedback/benefits, and inform market-fit and readiness to launch.
Drive adoption of product feature launches that contribute the most to merchant’s success.
Lead development of feedback loops.
