Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in a business operations role.
Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, etc.).
Experience in data-driven customer facing roles, working with stakeholders, providing business centric insights, and using analytics tools and reporting platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing models, methods, analysis, and approaches using analytics tools and reporting platforms.
Understanding of and knowledge in Google Workspace and Salesforce.
Ability to proactively adjust and improve processes that will benefit our customers, internal executives, and sales teams.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions/tasks and manage time and stakeholders.
Ability to contribute/work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
About the job
The Customer Advocacy and Insights (CA&I) team represents Google Cloud’s customers across various industries and global regions to ensure the broader organization is unified in resolving customer challenges. The team works across engineering, marketing, sales, services, and support to own the process for identifying and resolving challenges. The team works with customer data and uses it to identify and alleviate customers’ challenges in working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Customer Advocacy and Insights team provide customer and partner engagement methodologies and avenues to the various parts of the organization.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders across all parts of the organization to support critical business operations through data analytics and metrics. You will be responsible for ongoing metrics and dashboard updates to provide key business insights used during monthly reviews. You will influence customer experiences and drive to ensure customer feedback has the necessary internal impact. You will support operational aspects of the business.

Responsibilities
Drive analytical problem-solving and work with large, complex datasets to solve difficult, non-routine problems, and apply quantitative methods as needed.
Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional partners to determine business needs and drive analytical projects from end-to-end.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and metrics updates to your management and other stakeholders via presentations, email communication, write-ups, etc.
Act as a steward for critical business metrics and reporting, including development of dashboards and data pipelines.
Create and maintain databases which support business functions along with user-friendly UI for user updates.
