About the job
As an Investment Management Real Estate Analyst, you will report to Asset Managers and be in charge of analysis of all assigned portfolio real estate analytical work for transactions, management, and financial reporting. In this role, you will be in charge of analytical work required to coordinate with a team of subject matter experts from Legal, Finance, Tax and the REWS Real Estate Development and/or other functional areas to deliver results. You will ensure that transactions are performed according to the agreed real estate financial metrics and related agreements, and meet the sustainable needs of the business.

Responsibilities
Experience in real estate analytical requirements for investment management, acquisition, leasing, disposition and budgeting in the commercial real estate industry and financial forecasting, variance and lease analysis, capital planning and budgeting.
Develop analytics and support Asset Management on strategy, addressing returns, business planning, and asset profiles.
Drive analytics and reporting tied to estate transactions and opportunities for Google’s regional real estate portfolio that serve Google’s overall corporate strategy and work financially within budget.
Be knowledgeable in real estate networks. Support management of complex, matrixed relationships across Google and third-party real estate organizations and review Google’s proposed leases, purchases and development transactions.
Be responsible for maintenance of analytical tools and processes to best ensure delivery of thorough, thoughtful and reliable analytical studies and recommendations.
