As the Vendor Operations Manager, you will support Google Health and Health Care Practitioner (HCP) extended workforce global operating models that scale, sustain, and support specific, internal Google Health business practices. This role will help support various teams as they focus on designing Google’s innovative healthcare solutions and introducing them to the world.
Responsibilities
Consult with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and devise mutually agreed upon approaches to achieving business objectives.
Develop vendor partnerships to fulfill current and projected needs, build multi-level relationships and trust, and establish regular working practices and methods of governance.
Track and maintain levels of work demand and timing, matching it to sources of supply, and ensure on-time delivery for projects.
Enforce contracts with suppliers that foster healthy partnerships and align with company policy, interests, and goals.
Lead analysis, gap assessments, and process design to clarify, communicate, install, and improve ways of working with vendors and extended workforces.
