Accountable for establishing and managing a Data Center Capacity Team responsible for the IT capacity life cycle
Responsible for managing and delivery of capacity from the data center site and for ensuring operational delivery through partnership with both remote and local peer organizations to support ongoing business growth
Track issues, analyze data looking for trends and reporting out globally
Collaborating globally to develop and implement process improvements in data center operations
Build, grow, mentor and lead a team of engineers
Create and drive a culture of safety, ownership, innovation, collaboration and accountability
Be forward thinking by understanding data center growth, identifying scaling issues before they occur and contributing to solutions
Support the team in the generation of specifications, and ideas for process and software automation improvements that facilitate the deployment and retirement of server hardware at scale
BS or BA in a technical field or commensurate experience
Substantial experience in managing technical teams and leading engineers and technicians
Experience operating in large technical environments
Substantial experience of managing cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
Communication skills and experience
Proven time, resource and project management experience
