Minimum qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in HR/compensation operational services support
- 2 years of experience in people management
- Experience leading customer/client facing functions

- Experience mentoring and motivating a team to deliver execution and operational excellence in a global model
- Outstanding operations focus and ability to analyze performance based on data and metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on service and experience

The teams represented within POps Central are HR Operations, providing support to every user group along each stage of the employee lifecycle, Strategy, Planning, and Integration, Integrity, the compliance and risk management function, and Core, the planning, operations, and communications function.
HR Operations is a key pillar within POps Central. Our team creates simple and exceptional experiences at scale for Googlers by owning operational services across countries with the ultimate goal of making HR easy and intuitive.

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of high-performing User Support Specialists, managing operations across service areas in the Americas region, primarily Compensation Operations (Comp Ops).
- Manage service delivery, service planning, and escalation management.
- Define planning cadence and develop forecasts for service areas, and oversee team workforce planning to meet demand.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and activities follow process maps and documentation.
