Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with marketing technology, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting in a client-facing role.
- Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience in the digital advertising industry.
- Experience in pipeline management and sales funnel management.
- Experience leading teams with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring and leading a team to exceed growth goals.
- Experience in change management.
- Demonstrated diverse cultural understanding and comfortable working with diverse regional and global teams.

Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee business performance of assigned portfolio of accounts, achieve quarterly goals, and manage performance expectations with teams.
- Partner effectively across different sales teams to align and foster winning as “One Team” to drive long-term customer sustainability.
- Provide career coaching/performance feedback and development opportunities on a regular basis, and lead by example and inspire others by doing the right thing for our clients.
- Ensure healthy pipeline and work side by side with your product sellers (meet clients/shadow calls/co-pitch) coaching to grow their sales and product skills.
