Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

10 years of experience in program management

5 years of experience in people management

Experience working with cross-functional partner teams

Preferred qualifications:
Experience working within a significant operational or cross-functional environment

Experience in global management roles, managing multiple executive stakeholders

Ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Open, engaging, and collaborative style, with an ability to represent and respect our values in all interactions

About the job

In this role, you will manage and lead a team of Technical Account Managers, Technical Solutions Engineers, and Quality Analysts. The team works with various industries such as Entertainment and Smart Device Management. You will manage mid-sized partners in multiple Google Nest areas and lead global Partner Engineering teams to execute in multiple areas, enabling partners to integrate with Google platforms with ease by developing custom/scalable solutions, sample apps, and SDKs.

You will manage improvements and tools for troubleshooting, analytics, and insight, partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate partner needs into a better overall product, and recognize trends in partner feedback to escalate issues. You will develop the roadmap, goals, and priorities, and work alongside the team to accomplish them. You will ensure high-quality partner engagement and ongoing technical skill development.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of technical account managers, technical solutions engineers, quality analysts, and extended workforce groups.

Own technical work for mid-sized partners in multiple Google Nest areas.

Lead and enable global Google Nest Partner Engineering teams to execute in multiple areas.
