Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in UX programs and operations, program management, design, or a related field
Experience with UX design, user research, and/or user-centered development tools and processes
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree
6 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent strategy/project management experience at a technology firm
Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives
Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives/projects in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a deadline-driven approach
Ability to structure analysis and executive communications with demonstrated crisp and clear storylines and executive-level visualizations
Ability to work with different team members to design processes, and implement strategic projects that solve business problems combined with excellent problem solving skills

In this role, you will maintain close relationships with other UX Program and Operations leads to drive operational excellence, and develop and improve UX processes and efficiencies. You will support strategy development, define key metrics, and implement process improvements that lead highly efficient, productive, and well-formed organizations.
Responsibilities
Lead the team’s planning process, headcount management, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and other business processes.
Develop and manage business metrics, goals, and reporting in alignment and coordination with related teams.
Identify and structure specific analyses to address complex, ambiguous, and potentially controversial business questions and drive recommendations.
Manage a team by mentoring team members, providing oversight, connectivity to business-focused initiatives, removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
Collaborate with other UX Programs and Operations leads and cross-functional partners.
