• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management, with demonstrable success building products in fraud or risk management domains at scaled technology companies.

Amazon Games is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for preventing, detecting, and mitigating fraud and abuse to protect game creators and player experiences. Bad actors change tactics often; our job is to stop them by building robust, data-driven solutions that scale. You will invent new techniques and leverage industry standards (credit card authorization, address verification, machine learning, etc.) to combat payments fraud, account takeover, and novel fraud vectors. You will ensure that legitimate customers are not negatively impacted by fraud prevention protocols and that we provide a fast and seamless experience for unblocking customers mistakenly identified as fraudulent.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Set long-term vision, own the fraud prevention product roadmap, and align company-wide dependencies spanning multiple product teams.
• Work with some of the best from the games industry across Amazon Games, Prime Gaming, and third-party developers.
• Build customer experience challenges and other deterrents when fraud is detected.
• Skillfully balance big ideas with incremental impact for your customers.
• Build collaborative relationships with your awesome peers and work to deeply understand the needs of internal and external partners.
• Use data, insights, and your inventiveness to develop and execute against your roadmap.
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-team initiatives to positive product outcomes.
• Experience building software development platforms for both internal and external customers
• Experience with developing products that leverage advanced Machine Learning techniques
• Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value.
