Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Experience in embedded systems.

Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Experience in driving product to launch.

Experience with developing automated internal frameworks, increasing developer and release velocity, improving code health, and building developer tools.

Experience in building and growing teams.

Familiar with AR/VR technologies.

Responsibilities

Identify, design, and drive implementation of high-quality test infrastructure for improved developer productivity.

Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.

Provide technical guidance to the team members on design standards.

Work with stakeholders to set the vision and strategy for product quality at scale.

Influence Developer team for best practices on testability and effective test automation.
