In the Trust and Integrity Protection (TrIP)’s Business Integrity team, we support the Finance and operations team in developing and operating the monitoring program for the delivery value compensable metric.
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic person to join our team and help take the monitoring program to the next level, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning!
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Manage risk programs:
Create and manage programs to mitigate risk related to incentive compensation
Define risk mitigation controls for tools, processes, and manual investigation/audit teams
Monitor controls performance and capture key risk indicators
Report on control performance and control compliance performance
Provide insights on risks, exposure, and areas that need attention
Improve and adapt
Continuously improve program performance and risk posture in relation to the evolution of the business
Evaluate and provide inputs on policy changes needed to address new risks or to improve risk mitigation
Communicate risk mitigation requirements to operational partners and propose controls to assure business integrity (minimize fraud and corruption risks)
Perform risk assessments & provide input on the development of new compensation plans to design in compliance

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $92,600 and $138,100.
At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
