Manage large-scale, complex projects and programs that impact entire Operations organization
Design, build, and improve processes and systems that contribute to operational excellence
Cultivate relationships and drive collaboration on cross-functional initiatives
Ruthlessly prioritize and maintain continuous alignment with your stakeholders
Maintain accountability and produce high quality deliverables (for yourself and your project stakeholders)
Communicate effectively, zooming in and out effortlessly based on audience ranging from Operations Specialists to Executive Leadership
Be a change agent by understanding organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changes
8+ years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, and/or project management
Expert Project Manager: experience managing multiple complex projects against competing timelines
Communicator: demonstrated experience managing communications to wide audiences on various mediums (e.g., project plans, presentations, analyses, etc.)
Proven Leader: experience bringing ideas to fruition and leading teams towards a common goal
Organized, strategic thinker and fast-paced executor: experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight
10+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or operations at a high-growth tech company
Analytical: experience developing frameworks and performing complex analyses (Excel or SQL) to guide strategy
Change Management: experience leading initiatives involving large-scale organizational transformations
MBA, Masters, or graduate degree
PMP and/or ITIL certifications
