Coordinate with global cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal/Policy, Sales, and Operations to prioritize, problem solve, and develop solutions that enable safe & fair connections between our constituency set and the Meta community.
5+ years of work experience in an abuse, investigations, cybersecurity, consulting, or online operations environment.
3+ years of people management or leadership experience.
Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience to follow-through on execution and procure necessary resources to remove roadblocks for the team.
Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience presenting data in a clear and compelling manner, and influencing change through data driven insights.
Interest for ensuring a user experience.
Experience working with global teams.
Experience Trust & Safety, Risk Ops or Investigations.
Experience managing with ambiguity, and changing priorities.
Organizational experience, with experience identifying opportunities for improvements.
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities and global teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced and adversarial space.
