LMC Consulting Group is a leading management consulting firm in the Pacific Northwest. We have an opening for a Project Manager to work within Microsoft’s Real Estate and Security organization in their Center Of Innovation Group (COI). The Project Manager will assist with deploying leading edge pilots in the areas of building technologies such as parking sensor deployments, new Audio Visual projects etc. These projects will leverage a technology as well as construction background. The position is located in Redmond Washington and candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities include developing and executing project plans, updating GBOS documentation, creating communication / presentation documents, vendor management, and general administrative activities such as events, status reports, weekly updates etc. A key component will be monitoring tasks, tracking actual to planned performance, updating project plan documents, producing status reports, and consulting with management on significant variations.
Responsibilities include:
· Work with GBOS stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the business.
· Efficiently and effectively design project plans to support COI objectives.
· Anticipate future events – awareness of team pipeline projects and overall big picture plans.
· Anticipate changes, be it organizational, financial, competition, team dynamics and so on and prepare accordingly.
· Acts as a liaison to coordinate meetings, conference calls, relay information, and follow up on projects or assignments in process.
· Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
· Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
· Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
· The PM must be willing to travel and conduct meetings during off-US business hours in order to support international customers.
Competencies:

· Excellent English oral and written communication skills required for preparing clear, concise, grammatically correct materials and communicating information effectively to others.
· Good understanding and experience of project management and practices.
· Solid understanding of building systems and technologies

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
