Facebook App Looking For Product Marketing Lead, Facebook App Integrity at Remote Full Time

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead with people management experience to join our Facebook App Integrity Marketing team. The Facebook App Integrity team builds a wide range of products to help people feel safe and enjoy quality, trustworthy content on Facebook. Last year, we launched measures to keep Facebook Groups safe, News Feed controls that put users in the driver’s seat, and the Content Distribution Guidelines and the Widely Viewed Content Report, both industry-leading initiatives that break the ‘black box’ of algorithmic ranking. Our PMM team is responsible for bringing this work to market globally, which includes understanding the targeted audience, informing product strategy and positioning with insights, leading go-to-market planning and execution, and driving sentiment and product adoption through awareness programs. We are a group of smart, collaborative marketers who are passionate about Integrity. Build out and lead a high-performing team of product marketers, managing team performance, and supporting career development and growth

Design and lead go-to-market strategy, tactics and execution in partnership with key stakeholders, such as Product Management, Communications, and Policy to ensure we achieve our business goals and objectives

Influence future product development with a user-centric perspective, in particular audience development, positioning and value prop frameworks, and roadmaps for early stage product explorations

Contribute to broader organization health through process improvement and community-building across product marketing

Develop and lead successful marketing and education programs about our policies, processes and technology that promote trust and safety on Facebook

While supporting the team, work hands-on with key stakeholders from Product and cross functional to advance project milestones

Navigate a highly ambiguous, cross-functional space with an eye towards long term goals

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent product marketing experience

10+ years experience in software and/or hardware product marketing

3+ years experience leading teams

Experience leading cross-functional teams, either formally through reporting structure or informally through influence

Experience in the Trust & Safety or Integrity space

Experience in Public Policy or Public Affairs
