The Service Technician will have the ability to analyze, troubleshot, and root-cause problems, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet time lines.
Key job responsibilities
Daily work activity
Repairing and Maintaining Electronic Equipment — Servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning, or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electro-mechanical principles.
Interacting with Computers and Programs — Using computers and computer systems to program, install/upgrade software, enter data, or process information.
Getting Information — observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources to assist in the debug/troubleshooting process.
Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
