Amazon’s Bad Actor Disincentives team works to ensure that bad actors cannot profit from using our services to abuse Customers, Selling Partners or our Store.
We are looking for a creative, experienced business analyst with a working understanding of the payments/fraud/risk space to help us prevent bad actors from adversely impacting our ability to delight Customers. This program will require a candidate that can root cause and identify solutions for complex and ambiguous problems. In this role, you will help us identify, track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve the Customer Experience on Amazon.com.
Your primary responsibilities will be analyzing data to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities to impact key performance metrics. You will partner with product managers, financial analysts, and engineers to deliver on your plans. You will collaborate with a broad cross section of the Amazon marketplace organization as you clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective solutions between development and business teams.
