The Consumer Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused recruiter, with a passion for delighting the client and candidate, to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting our Design leaders, driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients. Successful Recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (Compensation, HR, Systems and Programs teams, etc.)
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels and develop sophisticated closing strategies that seek for matching fit and motivation rather than focusing on selling alone.
  • 5+ years of Recruiting Experience

This position can be based out of our corporate offices in the USA and remote will also be considered.

  • Experience with Design Recruiting is a bonus

Regular and Reduced Time (F, R)* jobs based in Colorado and virtual jobs where work can be performed in Colorado:

  • The pay range for this position in Colorado is $112k – $160k/yr]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
