Job summary
Amazon Advertising is seeking a capable, self-directed general manager to lead our Brand Innovation Labs and Sponsorships businesses. These teams are responsible for some of the highest profile work on Amazon, building innovative advertising campaigns across the Amazon canvas including Amazon.com, Fire TV, Twitch, and Alexa as well as working with the biggest brands.
The Director of the Brand Innovation Labs organization will lead a distributed, international organization with hubs in New York, Seattle, London, Munich, and Tokyo. The business is already sizeable and growing double digits year over year. Brand advertising is a major area of investment for the Amazon Advertising organization as we look to transform how brands tell their stories through Amazon. This role is a general manager position with full P&L ownership.
As leader of this organization, you will be at the forefront of transformation within our organization and you will need to forge strong relationships with key business leaders to define strategic product priorities and organizational goals. Your team is key in building innovative, delightful, and effective advertising experiences that tell stories and drive business performance for consumer brands and you will also drive initiatives to deliver these experiences at scale. We are looking for a passionate, curious general manager who can define and execute on a bold vision, with proven ability to collaborate across domains and a relentless determination to do what is right for Amazon’s customers.
