Job summary
This individual will manage and lead a team of ERC Benefits Administrators in the US. They will be responsible for all people management activities for this organization, including talent development, retention, performance management, and process improvements. They will ensure performance objectives are met, build positive employee relations, and build leadership strength within the ERC.
The ERC Benefits Manager, will cultivate a culture of excellence, customer obsession, and continuous improvement. Identifies and eliminates barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
