Job summary
AWS Infrastructure Finance is seeking a world class Program Manager to lead key processes for Infrastructure Finance. This role will engage with senior leaders across the Infrastructure business and finance teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage and scale the planning and reporting cycles across AWS Infrastructure finance teams, working closely with finance and business leaders across Infrastructure.
- Develop and implement mechanisms and tools to ensure the ongoing success of our finance teams, including employee engagement and training/onboarding resources.
- Manage annual goal-setting process and tracking of progress against goals for the AWS Infrastructure business.
- Lead development of specifications and requirements for org wide system development initiatives
- Execute process improvement initiatives to build scalable systems to support business growth
- Drive optimization opportunities/initiatives and implement new business processes.
About the team
AWS Infrastructure invests billions of dollars each year to provide cloud capacity to AWS customers worldwide. The team manages the construction of new Data Centers and procures equipment that support cloud storage, compute and other services offered to AWS Customers. AWS Infrastructure Finance supports the activity by providing controllership of budgeting, asset tracking and spend across teams specializing in Data Center construction, Engineering and acquisition of Server and Network equipment.
