Key job responsibilities
Amazon Care is looking for an Implementation Lead to join our team. The Implementation Team lead will be expected to lead a team of Implementation Managers, helping guide the team in executing multiple implementations simultaneously and identify problems and develop solutions. In addition, the candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and strong analytical capabilities with a process improvement mentality. This role is critical in assisting the team in executing project initiatives and driving operations excellence and go-forward strategies.
