Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Amazon Care initiative. Successful candidates will be natural self-starters and quick learners who are comfortable leading large, complex, ambiguous projects. This individual will be a direct support to operations. In this role, the PM will manage metrics development and tools that support daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews. Additionally, the PM will drive actions that support holistic care across our virtual and in-person services. The PM will partner with various stakeholders to improve the patient and clinician experience. This role is both a strategic and hands-on role. A successful candidate can demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to see around corners, a high level of organization, strong verbal and written communication, and a passion for building data driven programs that improve business operations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and innovative in developing best-in-class programs.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to support large-scale programs and initiatives
• Have a combination of practical and comprehensive skills, as well as ability to rapidly shift and adapt to different tasks that vary between complex analyses, hands-on projects, and project management.
• Develop and manage project plans and schedules, success criteria, and project milestones
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, as well as balance business needs versus constraints
• Establish business priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining goals, milestones and completion dates
• Perform customer/partner needs and task analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing processes to propose solutions
• Provide leadership, expertise, and technical/operational guidance to the stakeholders
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion
• Influence others to drive ongoing program improvements based on user feedback and performance measurements
• Use judgement to identify when to simplify versus when to innovate
• Start with the customer and works backwards
• Identify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to positively impact results in areas such as candidate throughput and driver quality
• Use strong written and oral communication skills to prepare crisp white papers and reports that translate data-driven solutions into recommendations for business audiences

• MBA or masters in an applied field
• Well versed with Lean Six Sigma Methodologies such as Value stream mapping, conducting business workshops.
• 2+ years of Clinical or Healthcare experience
• Data mining experience via SQL DB queries or similar programs
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $74,200-129,800/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
