Job summary
We are looking for a passionate, world-class Principal Program Manager to join the Pharma and Healthcare Ads leadership team. We build ad products to help healthcare marketers make trusted connections with consumers on Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all of our team’s programs are on track to hit our short and long term goals. You will own key docs and communication mechanisms with a broad set of stakeholders. Your scope will cover both product development and commercial go-to-market activities, working closely with our product management, engineering, and sales team. The ideal person is a master of getting things done, adept at earning trust across a variety of cross functional partners, and brings experience in operational excellence with high tech enterprise companies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to identify problems and develop solutions. They must have strong analytical capabilities with a process improvement mentality. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, and presentation skills are required.
Key job responsibilities
Own successful delivery of large, high impact and highly cross-functional program while simultaneously and accurately delivering a set of smaller projects
Drive strategic alignment with partner teams spanning multiple lines of business, including relevant Amazon retail stakeholders
Deliver short- and long-term goals spanning multiple key programs under your leadership
Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
Partner with Finance and Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs) to develop reporting, continuously monitor and report key metrics
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with different priorities
Own the business cadence and governance (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews) for our org

Proven ability to influence without authority. Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and road map and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
A track record of effectively owning process creating, management and improvements.
Prior experience SQL, Tableau and other BI and analytics technologies
Project Management/Agile methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Certification
