Amazon is seeking an innovative and customer-obsessed Program Manager to design and implement customer-centric solutions for our departing employees. As a Program Manager on the Lifecycle Services Exits team, you will champion the innovation needed to deliver a flawless and frustration-free experiences for employees around the world. Success in this role will involve driving cross-functional partnerships to identify, design and implement workflows that will change the way we manage these programs globally. It will require a broad set of skills ranging from strategic thinking and influencing stakeholders, to tactical execution and detailed change management.
