Job summary
Come join our Business Operations team! We are looking for bright and motivated candidates with experience who have demonstrated expertise in program management, be a primary point of contact for information flow to and from our teams, clients and business partners. You will partner with the teams to drive consistent, standardized processes, manage day-to-day program operations and provide administrative services across various business lines.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience and working knowledge of business principles. You will find opportunities to standardize and simplify across the teams, step back to understand the broader context behind issues, and offer solutions. Strong communication and management skills will enable your success with key business stakeholders. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about our business operations and challenges, drive deliverables, and work cross-organizationally. A keen sense of ownership, rolling up your sleeves, and finding simple, but creative solutions to complex problems is a must for this role.
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with leadership inside and outside of the company is critical. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

Key job responsibilities
Support the annual organizational planning process.
Improve and simplify standardized mechanisms for tracking and reporting across security business lines. Continually improve ongoing processes: budgets, work flows, data collection, and invent solutions to solve for gaps.
Analyze sensitive and confidential issues objectively and realistically and provide advice and consultation on issues.
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
