Amazon Security (AmSec) is the global support organization responsible for maintaining the highest level of security both internally for our businesses and externally for our customer and partners. In order to continue to scale our fast-growing team, we are seeking a Recruiting Manager with strong people development skills and business partnership acumen to support the rapid growth of the Team. This recruiting leader will work closely with the sourcing team, partner with a team of HR business partners, cross-functional peers, and other teams to execute against recruiting targets.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of 8-15 direct reports and will effectively provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to reach accelerated hiring demands.
