The mission of the Amazon Care Risk, Intelligence, Safety, and Security (RISS) team is to mitigate security and safety related operational risks to our patients, clinicians, data, and physical assets. Amazon Care is looking for an individual to lead daily operations within the RISS domain. This individual will triage, escalate, and manage responses to all events impacting or threatening Amazon Care personnel, property, or assets. This includes maintaining situational awareness with a holistic view of Care’s patients, clinicians, assets, and Amazon’s overall brand reputation.
The Execution Manager will take the lead in coordinating responses to workplace incident management (WIM) events in real time and other security or exigent incidents. The EM will provide support of building out processes and policies to support Care field teams. The Care RISS EM will be responsible for ensuring performance SLAs are met, that responses are appropriate according to policies and procedures, and for developing and motivating a highly performant staff.
The EM must also deal effectively with ambiguity and make response related decisions sometimes with incomplete information in the best interest of Amazon and field teams. The RISS team is a 24/7 operation and support work will be required potentially to include nights and weekends on-call.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $74,200 – 129,800/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
