Are you interested in building and scaling the US Launchpad program to elevate new and innovative brands selling on Amazon? Amazon Launchpad’s mission is to support entrepreneurs by providing resources, expertise, and creative marketing to help showcase and deliver innovative products to our customers. To help us fulfill this mission, we are looking for a customer-obsessed and analytical Sr. Marketing Manager to work with our startups and entrepreneurs by managing our Business to Business (B2B) strategy and experience.
As Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be a leader on Launchpad’s marketing team and responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience by (1) creating initiatives to grow brand awareness across innovative startups and entrepreneurs, (2) planning and managing our marketing opportunities and B2B strategy for our brand experience, and (3) building out our B2B marketing plan to identify new Launchpad brands. You will also have the opportunity to support other marketing work across the team as desired.
You will be expected to have a strategic and creative mind, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for raising the bar for customers. You will define valuable success metrics, create mechanisms, and iterate on your strategy where appropriate. You will use multiple traffic channels (PR, Social, Outbound, etc.) to maximize performance.
