Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager III joining our team at the build stage of this new product, you will be responsible for the following:
- You will balance delivery with technical excellence, provide accurate estimates, anticipate roadblocks, and find ways to overcome those to help the team push forward.
- You will design and implement scalable mechanisms to streamline close collaborations within our multi-disciplinary teams to enhance overall team productivity.
- You will work with the initiative lead on regular communications with VP-level management on key business trends, major risks in technology, product, and business, and paths to green.
Must thrive in an entrepreneurial and inventive culture and expect to embody a fluid and dynamic role that puts the team first. The candidate must simultaneously over index in the LP “Ownership” while being willing to accept the unknowns of an emerging org chart and participate in the recruiting and staffing of full team of highly specialized roles. Basic expectations include creating both the operational processes (training, playbooks, documentation, etc) and assisting with the organizational design to scale the team rapidly. The candidate must be capable of considering all aspects of the product inception to launch starting with both scrappy and ultimately sophisticated prototyping, copious user testing, product positioning, marketing, and PR.
