Our Amazon Web Services(AWS) team is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to support our recruitment effort in R4HR/R4R TA. You’ll be a part of a talented team of Talent Acquisition peers, leaders, and business partners in a global, rapidly growing team. Build mechanisms to influence broader diversity sourcing efforts and pipelines across the sourcing team(s), leveraging non-conventional (out the scope thinking), including full life cycle recruitment responsibilities.
Proactively build diverse candidate pools, leveraging all available talent channels, including partnerships with diverse associations, alumni groups, and organizations.
Build and maintain networks of potential diverse candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. Conduct and champion in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through exceeding onsite conversion ratio goals.
Inspect sourcing funnel and leverage data to optimize diverse representation at each stage of the recruiting process.
Earn trust across a range of stakeholders; establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert to inspire leaders to drive prioritization and commitment to diversity efforts.
Partner with data analysis to provide leadership with pipeline health, progress to goals, and areas of opportunities.
Possess strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of both internal and external candidates.
Partner with Amazon’s affinity groups to share strategies for attracting diverse talent
This role can be based out of any AWS Corporate location. Virtual locations will be considered depending on candidate experience and relative location to key stakeholders.
Experience with engaging talent in nationwide search
Client focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Solid communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Solid consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $72,000 – $126,100 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
