Job summary
The Amazon Global Communities (AGC) New Community Incubator and Analytics team is looking a Community Engagement Manager (CEM) to lead the Ops Leader community and experience for Last Mile Ops Managers – an internal network of diverse leaders managing our Deliver Stations and logistics across North America. Our AGC communities drive both virtual/digital and in person experiences to bring a common group of people together.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
You will manage key influencers and power users, build engagement strategy, run community outreach activities, and work with the core community team to ensure the digital experience continuously innovates and evolves with community member needs. The CEM is responsible for identifying and triaging controlled explosions (discussion thread requiring an official response or issue clarification) and new ideas that surface in the community, and operates as the liaison between the community members and the leadership team to determine when and how to respond. In partnership with the Content Producer, you will help develop a content pipeline that will be delivered by you via video, blog, event and other new formats. Additionally, there is opportunity to partner with our data science team on experimentation to improve community experience.
