Job summary

Amazon Kitchen (AK) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our vision to Simplify Eating Well. We do this by developing delicious and amazing foods that our customers can purchase online or at our physical locations, Amazon Go, Amazon Fresh, or Whole Foods Market. We create foods that customers can pick up and eat right away and also items they may take home and prepare later. AK is looking for a motivated and experienced Program Manager to support executing the Tech roadmap, developing tools and mechanisms for scale with Product Managers, and leading the launch and adoption of key launches. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, excel at earning trust and relationship building,and be motivated by a fast-paced start up environment. You must be comfortable moving fast and iterating.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage the Process Scaling Roadmap, identifying and offshoring manual activities to improve span of control
• Manage launch of key tech initiatives working with 3P manufacturing operations to drive adoption
• Own the Tech Program, coordinating resources across PM, Tech, and Business stakeholders to deliver solutions on schedule and on budget
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
• Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills.
• Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers
